Initial works were to repair the balcony as there was a crack through the underside, then upon inspection it was found that they were hollow so support beams had to be installed & concreted in for added support & stability, the balcony was then painted with specialist SIKA products, the outer rail was then reinstated following the completion of the repairs.
Following the completion of the balcony we also completed grinding out of the existing mortar and re-pointed it with Alumasc Pointing mortar, adjusting any fixing around the property to allow the full measure to be completed.
